The Candidate": The person using this site for career related purposes.
"The Employer/Agency": The person/company using this site for recruitment purposes.
Interruptions & Omissions in Service
Whilst we try to ensure that the standard and continuity of our service remains high. We do not accept any liability arising from any interruptions of service, delays, omission, interruptions or any ongoing obligation pr responsibility to operate this website service. We reserve the right to amend the site from time to time with or without notice.
1. General disclaimer of liability for content
1.1 FSjobsite provides this site on an 'as is' basis and makes no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to this site or its contents and disclaims all such representations and warranties. In addition, FSjobsite makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any purpose of the information and related graphics published in this site. The information contained in this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. All liability of FSjobsite howsoever arising for any such inaccuracies or errors is expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Spamming and using candidates information for any other purpose other than in the recruitment process id strictly forbidden.
1.5 Not withstanding the foregoing, none of the exclusions and limitations in the clause are intended to limit any rights you may have as a consumer under local law or other statutory rights which may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit FSjobsite’s liability to you for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or that of our employees or agents.
1.6 Information submitted by any candidate or employer may be used by FSjobsite in order to promote FSjobsite and its services. Please see our Privacy Policy for further details.
1.7 We will process any information submitted in accordance to UK data Protection legislation. FSjobsite is registered on the UK Data Protection Register.
1.8 All contents contained within the FSjobsite website and as part of the recruitment service are protected by international copyright, software and trademark laws and you hereby agree to use this site and its information in a way that does not infringe these rights.
1.9 You are responsible for protecting your user name and password. These should be kept confidential at all times. Sharing access is strictly forbidden and will result in your access being withdrawn without refund. We accept no responsibility for unauthorized access.
2. Termination
2.1 FSjobsite reserves the right to terminate, restrict or deny access to all or any part of the site at our discretion and without explanation, notification or refund.
2.2 FSjobsite will permit the Candidate and Employer to access, use and interact with our site subject to these terms and conditions.
3. Variations
3.1 FSjobsite reserves the right at any time without notice to revise the content of the site (including the services offered by FSjobsite) and these terms and conditions. Any changes to these terms and conditions will be posted on the site and by continuing to use the site following any such change the Candidate will signify that you agree to be bound by the revised terms and conditions of use.
4. The use of information
4.1 Information will be collected and recorded in accordance with the privacy policy. The candidate acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms of our privacy policy.
4.2 The Candidate is liable be contacted by the Employer without intervention from FSjobsite.
4.3 Employers may only use information supplied by us for the purposes of recruiting and shall not disclose any information to any third parties other than those directly related to the recruitment process of the candidate.
4.4 Any party using this service for any purpose other than those specifically stated in these Terms and Conditions shall immediately be banned from using this site.
5. Law & Jurisdiction
5.1 The use and this agreement are to be governed in accordance with English Law. Some goods or services offered by FSjobsite or third parties may be governed outside of the UK. No liability for any losses will be accepted by FSjobsite for use of these services.
