Client Profile:
Our client is a well respected Third Party Pensions Administration Company. Our client are seeking to recruit a Client Services Advisor and a Senior Pensions Adminsitrator. Please find below job details.

1. Client Service Advisor – Salary Negotiable

In order to apply for this position candidates MUST have previous PENSIONS experience.

Description:
• To work as part of a client service team to provide an accurate, reliable and high standard administration service for clients. You will report to the team manager.
• With assistance from the client service specialists, develop and maintain a client-specific service delivery and improvement plan for designated clients, including automation and SKB updates (as examples).
• Proactively manage the administration service on nominated key, global and strategic clients with support from client service specialists.
• Regularly communicate and co-ordinate all planned future activities, client priorities and initiatives for designated clients to all functions in customer service delivery.
• Regularly communicate with client relationship managers to ensure the service being provided by CSD is in line with client expectations.
• Monitor service delivery progress against each designated client's plan, providing regular report updates to the client service specialist / team manager.
• Take responsibility for liaising with various internal departments to progress complaint and E&O resolution for designated clients in the required timeframe and to the required standard; seek guidance from client relationship managers and the firms legal unit when required.
• Provide feedback to the complaints team on progress with complaint resolution
• Produce periodic reports for clients and Trustee boards, including information on all operational work activities.
• Perform regular audits of operational teams, either with the technical specialists or independently, checking adherence with best practice and governing scheme documentation.
• Take ownership of revenue generation by maximising billable time, invoice all fees on time and accurately, and identify and process, additional revenue activities.
• Where required, actively peer review and check work, processes, procedures and audit controls in accordance with the firms standards and processes to achieve targets based on agreed client delivery dates
• Work towards the next level of competency as agreed with your manager and in line with your personal development plan.
• Work closely with colleagues in other functions to achieve agreed service standards and provide support and guidance to colleagues and team members when required.

Qualifications
• Relevant experience to the required level of technical and behavioural competency
• Working towards or have achieved the QPA or DPC qualifications

2. Senior Pensions Administrator – Salary Negotiable

In order to apply for this position candidates MUST have previous PENSIONS experience.

Description
• To work as part of a team completing Scheme events to ensure an accurate, reliable and high standard of administration service for designated Discontinued Schemes wind up/PPF events. You will report to the SSC Team Manager.
• Perform complex pensions calculations (including PPF scalebacks for pensioners, enter pensions data and answer complex enquiries to the required standard using automated and non-automated manual/system processes across a wide range of scheme events
• Complete complex work in accordance with the firms standards and processes, in particular Peer Review to achieve targets based on agreed client/trustee/PPF delivery dates
• Some active Peer Review and checking work, processes, procedures and audit controls in accordance with the firms standards and processes to achieve targets based on agreed client delivery dates
• Provide support and guidance to Pensions Administrators
• Some liaison with clients regarding data.
• To liaise professionally with other third parties (e.g. trustees, PPF case worker, actuary, legal advisers, insurance companies, DWP, etc.)
• To ensure that all relevant wind up/PPF events are planned and carried out, in accordance with agreed timetables (e.g. pension increases, planned communications, member options exercises).

Qualifications
• QPA/DPC professional qualification achieved or significant progress made and / or proven demonstrable experience in pensions administration at the required technical and behavioural competency level
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to professionally communicate internally and externally
• Ability to follow processes
• Computer literate
